Again, they did it.

The folks at Citibank did it again. I recently had an issue with double billing of the same amount in two monthly statements. Today, I got a funny communication from citibank. They said that they verified the first bill, they got a copy of my signed receipt for the first transaction, so they are going to make me pay for the second transaction. Not very funny indeed! I wrote a strong letter and sent it to them both by fax and courier. I also called their customer service and registered a ticket. I think I should make all the documentation necessary to approach a consumer forum because they just didn’t get it that I disputed the second transaction and paid off the first one.
