On Wednesday, the BSNL cell phone network seems to be down. My phone couldn’t connect to the network right from the morning till late hours in the night. My work day is so busy that I didn’t even have a chance to complain and figure out what went wrong. Effectively, I didn’t have the service for more than 15 hours.
