India Starts Voting 16 Apr Raju Alluri 0 Comment Hyderabad, Misc India’s 2009 elections entered the voting phase today. My constituency went for polling this morning. I could see a decent sized enthusiastic crowd at the polling stations. It took me about an hour of standing in the line to vote.
