My father-in-law owned a kinetic scooter for about 11 years and it is time to get a new one. Today, he shopped around and liked the new Kinetic 4S, the 4-stroke scooter. As usual, he preferred white color. There is also a good exchange offer for the old scooter, to swap with the new one.
