Video card autoconfiguration

[ Open Solaris, Buid 72 ]

Was switching a few monitors this morning and in that process, locked in to a 640×480 resolution for my login. Backed up my xorg.conf and blindly ran nvidia-xconfig.

/usr/bin/nvidia-xconfig –mode=nvidia-auto-select –composite

It (also) backed up my xorg.conf and simply got to the best resolution for my monitor, 1440×900. Note that I have a nVidia graphics card.
